This practice helps develop the central players understanding of how to set traps to intercept the ball affectively. Green and Red team will try to combine and keep possession of the ball against the Yellow team. Both teams will have unlimited touches and passes to try and play through the central Yellow players as quickly as they can. 

Once the Yellow team wins possession of the ball they they swap with the team that lost the ball quickly so transition can be maintained.
